Nexusrealm Game (hereinafter referred to as "we") has always solemnly committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of users of Nexusrealm Game services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users" or "you"). I. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

(I) We will collect and obtain your personal information through the following channels:

1. Information You Voluntarily Provide

(1) Information you provide to us when registering an account for the Nexusrealm Game product or using the Nexusrealm Game service;

(2) Information you store when using the Nexusrealm Game service.

Please note that if you publicly disclose your information in areas visible to other users within the Nexusrealm Game product, such information may be collected and used by others. If you discover that someone has improperly collected or used your information, you can contact us through the feedback channels listed in the "How to Contact Us" section of this policy.
2. Your information legally shared by third parties.

3. Your usage information legally obtained during the process of providing services to you, such as information we collect, aggregate, and record when you use the Nexusrealm Game service.

(II) We will collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

1. To help you complete registration and login

To facilitate our provision of continuous and stable services to you and to ensure the security of your use of Nexusrealm Game products, we need you to provide basic registration or login information, including your mobile phone number, email address, etc., and to create your account, username, and password. If you only need to use basic functions such as browsing, you do not need to register or log in or provide the above information.

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, after you register an account, we need you to provide your real identity information, including your name and valid identification documents (such as ID card, passport, driver's license, household registration book). If you do not provide the above real identity information or provide false information, you will not be able to enjoy the relevant services or will be subject to corresponding restrictions in using the Nexusrealm Game product. We will be unable to provide you with the relevant services or impose corresponding restrictions on your behavior. To achieve the purpose of real-name authentication, you agree and authorize us to provide, query and verify your aforementioned identity information to relevant real-name authentication agencies (relevant national authorities, public security departments or other agencies entrusted/cooperated by them).
2. Provide basic product functions and maintain network and operational security. During your use of our services, we provide you with basic functions, identify abnormal account statuses, understand and improve product compatibility, and ensure the security of Nexusrealm. To ensure the network and operational security of the Game service, maintain the normal operation of the aforementioned functions, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from harm, better prevent various security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations, we will collect and store device information, log information, account information, transaction information, and information shared by our affiliated companies and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law regarding your use of the service and how you use it. We will associate this information to comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, verify your identity, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law:

(1) When you use our service, we will collect your log information: login logs, item logs, operation information, friend information and interaction records, login account and ID, search query content, IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, and your browsing history, push notification records, dwell time, refresh records, posting records, following, subscriptions, favorites, and sharing. (2) To ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of the product's basic functions, improve the product experience, and protect account security, we will receive and record the device information you use: device name, device model, operating system and version, client version, device resolution, package name, device settings, device identifier (MAC/IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card serial number/IMSI/OAID/VAID/AAID/GAID/IDFV/MEID/ICCID), Wi-Fi access point name (SSID), hardware and software characteristics, and IP address. In order to collect the above basic personal device information, we will request permission to access your device information in necessary scenarios. If your device configuration supports it, in order to achieve the animation display effect of the scene in the product, perform auxiliary positioning, and quickly adjust the viewing angle based on the mobile device's posture, we will collect the sensor information of your device (accelerometer, gravity sensor, rotation vector sensor, magnetic field sensor, and gyroscope sensor information, depending on the different scenarios).
(3) To ensure account security, identify and prevent malicious programs, and create a fair, healthy, and safe environment, we will collect your device identifier information, product identification information, hardware and operating system information, installed application list, application process and product crash log information, and device sensor information during your use of the service, including when the application is running in the background. This information is used to combat behaviors that damage the product environment or interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the product service (for detecting piracy, scanning cheating programs or software, and preventing cheating).

(4) To provide you with location-based services (such as regional rankings, nearby friends, and nearby team-up functions), we will collect your geographic location information (including nearby Wi-Fi and nearby cell IDs). Geographic location information is sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using location-based services, but will not affect your normal use of other product functions.

Please note that individual device information and log information cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this type of information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or combine it with personal information, then during the period of combined use, this type of information will be considered personal information. We will anonymize and de-identify such personal information, unless otherwise authorized by you or stipulated by laws and regulations. During the period of combined use, this information will be processed and protected as your personal information in accordance with this policy.

3. Providing you with interactive, publishing, information push, product/service marketing and promotion, and satisfaction survey services

(1) When you use the Nexusrealm Game service to upload and/or publish information and engage in related interactive behaviors (speaking, commenting, sharing messages, collecting, rewarding), we will collect the information you upload, publish, or create, and use your nickname, avatar, ID, and published content for display.

Please note that if the information you publicly publish contains your personal information or sensitive personal information, please consider carefully before publishing, as such information may be collected and used by others. If the information you publish involves the personal information of others, you should obtain their consent before publishing. When you discover that others are improperly collecting or using your information, you can contact us through the feedback channels listed in the "How to Contact Us" section of this policy. (2) If you copy information from within the product to share, receive shared information within the product, or participate in related activities, we need to access your clipboard to read sharing codes, passwords, links, redemption codes, and other related information to enable the functions or services of sharing information, obtaining benefits, and participating in activities. Your clipboard information will only be processed on your device. We will only read information related to our services to complete related instructions and will not store your clipboard information. Without further explanation and your consent, we will not collect other irrelevant information from your clipboard.

(3) To provide you with timely updates on the product and services, we will push hot topics, activity notifications, and progress to you through your device's system notifications. To ensure the timeliness of message pushes, the product will remain active in the background. You can choose to disable the message push function in your device settings. When you use the Nexusrealm Game service on an Android device, we have integrated a message push SDK to achieve the instant message push function. To ensure the stability, reach, and timeliness of message pushes within the APP, the APP may perform necessary self-starting or associated startup of other applications depending on the device brand and system version you are using.
(4) When you participate in the marketing promotion and satisfaction survey activities within the product, we will collect one or more of the following information, depending on the type and purpose of the survey activity, provided you actively fill it out: your name, gender, age, occupation, mailing address, contact information, and other information you actively fill out. Please refer to the separate instructions on the activity page and the content of the questionnaire you receive for specific details.

(5) Based on the purpose of product/service marketing promotion, we will send you commercial information, either directly or through a third party, using your legally collected email address, mobile phone number, YiXin, WeChat, and other third-party social media accounts.

4. Helping you complete order placement, payment, recharge, and delivery of goods or services to you

(1) When you order specific goods and/or services or recharge in the Nexusrealm Game service, in order to display your account transaction information and ensure transaction security, we will generate an order for the purchase of the goods and/or services through the system, collecting your specific order number, order creation time, and transaction amount information for display to you and to facilitate your order transaction management. During the order process, if it is a physical product, we also need you to provide the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact number so that we can deliver the goods to you.

(2) To complete order payment, deliver goods or services, confirm transaction status, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we will collect your account, order, transaction, and logistics information related to the transaction progress through the transaction counterparty, payment institution, and logistics company you selected based on the transaction, or share your transaction information with the aforementioned service providers.

Recharge records and consumption records are sensitive personal information. Collecting such information is necessary to realize the consumption function; otherwise, the transaction cannot be completed.

5. Providing you with customer service or other user response functions

When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (personal information protection complaints or suggestions, other customer complaints and needs), we need you to provide necessary personal information to match and verify your user identity in order to protect your account and system security. To process your requests, our customer service representatives need to query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization and only use it within the necessary scope. If you refuse to provide or provide incorrect information, we will not be able to provide you with corresponding support. After verifying your user identity, we will also save your contact information (the contact information you use when contacting us or other contact information you provide to us voluntarily), your communication/call records and content with us, and other necessary information related to your needs, in order to contact you or help you solve problems, or record the handling solutions and results of related issues.
6. Personalized Recommendations
Based on the personal information we obtain (your browsing and search history, device information, order information, and advertising data), we will extract relevant characteristics of your browsing and search preferences, behavioral habits, and location information based on one or more of the above information to provide you with more tailored page displays and personalized content and advertisements. If you do not wish to receive personalized recommendation services, you can view the management methods and disable the corresponding function in the Nexusrealm Game product. 7. You understand and agree that during the use of Nexusrealm Game services, we will request access to your system permissions when necessary (specific permissions vary depending on your device model and system version) to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. Before granting permissions, we will inform you of the purpose of granting permissions and obtain your consent. If you do not agree, we will not grant the relevant permissions and will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to those permissions. (1) By agreeing to access storage permissions, you allow us to access your device's storage permissions, including "read external storage permissions," "read/write SD card content permissions," and "modify/delete SD card content permissions," so that you can download, upload, and save content, or use caching to publish/share information, edit/modify avatars, communicate with customer service, and report/complain;

(2) By agreeing to access phone information permissions, you allow us to obtain your device information as a unique identifier for your device, so as to provide you with more tailored page displays and personalized content recommendations, understand and improve product compatibility, identify abnormal states, and ensure the network and operational security of the Nexusrealm Game service;
(3) After you agree to access camera permissions, you can upload and take photos/images/videos, use the "Scan," "QR code," and "Expression Practice" functions to publish information and comments, live stream videos, add friends, watch videos/competitions, share resources face-to-face, or communicate with customer service to provide proof;

(4) After you agree to access album permissions, you allow us to access your album content/add content to your album so that you can publish/share information, upload/edit/modify avatars, save image/video information, communicate with customer service, and report/complain;

(5) After you agree to access microphone permissions, you can use voice functions to interact with our products and others, contact customer service, and record screens;

(6) After you agree to access location permissions, we can obtain your location information so that you can interact with nearby friends, guide your location movement, or push personalized content to you; location information is sensitive personal information. If you do not agree, it will only prevent you from interacting with nearby players, accurately moving your location, or receiving corresponding personalized content, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the product unrelated to location permissions. You can also cancel your location information authorization at any time. (7) With your consent to access your calendar, we can obtain your schedule to provide you with recording and reminder functions.

Regarding specific function permissions: If you need to disable the function permissions enabled to use the above specific functions, most mobile devices will support this request. For specific methods, please refer to or contact your mobile device's service provider or manufacturer. You can also log in to the Nexusrealm Game User Personal Information Service Platform to contact us. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, it means you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer collect and use relevant information based on the corresponding permission, nor will we be able to provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use previously based on your authorization.

If we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy or collect other personal information not mentioned, we will obtain your consent separately through page prompts, pop-ups, or other means in accordance with the law.

8. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, your information may be processed without your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:

The Nexusrealm Game service may contain cookies or similar technologies placed by advertisers and other partners. These cookies and/or similar technologies may collect non-personally identifiable information about you for analysis of how users use these services, to send you ads that may be relevant to you, or to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising services. (7) Supporting product function modules, including online live streaming, video playback, voice recognition, AR, intelligent customer service, bullet screen playback, and content storage;

(8) Optimizing product performance and service quality, including improving hardware network configuration capabilities, reducing server costs, hot-fixing functions, security analysis, service optimization, and enhancing user experience;

(9) Account security and product reinforcement related services, including network monitoring, domain name resolution, anti-hijacking, anti-spam and anti-cheating, and encryption/decryption services;

(10) Logistics services, including physical goods packaging and shipping, transportation, and express delivery.

Some third-party SDKs or similar applications that we integrate will collect your personal information. When you use such services provided by third parties in our services, you agree that they will directly collect and process your information. We will assess the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of such third-party services collecting personal information, require such third parties to take protective measures for your personal information, and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

2. Nexusrealm Game services may access or link to products or services provided by third parties other than Nexusrealm Game, including:

(1) You may use the "Share" function to share certain Nexusrealm Game service content to third-party products or services other than Nexusrealm Game, or you may share content from third-party products or services other than Nexusrealm Game to the Nexusrealm Game service;

(2) Providing you with links through advertisements or other means, allowing you to link to third-party products or services or websites other than Nexusrealm Game;

(3) Other situations involving access to third-party services.

The above third-party services are operated by the relevant third parties. Your use of such third-party services (including any information you provide to such third parties) is subject to the third party's own terms of service and personal information protection rules (not this policy), and you need to carefully read their terms. This policy only applies to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any third-party services or third-party information usage rules. To better protect the physical and mental health of minors, guide them in healthy internet use, and prevent them from misusing or borrowing adults' information, we will, based on the request of the minor's guardian or our own proactive need to protect the minor, attempt to contact their guardian to inform them of their login account, login duration, transaction records, and behavioral information for reminders, confirmation, and processing.

To improve Nexusrealm Game's product development capabilities and service levels, and to provide you with better products and services, we will share de-identified or anonymized data with research institutions, scientific research institutes, and universities within a legal, reasonable, and necessary scope. We will not share information that can be used to identify you with the aforementioned institutions without your explicit authorization.

(II) Transfer In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, division, dissolution, bankruptcy, or similar circumstances, if your personal information needs to be transferred, we will inform you of the relevant circumstances, provide you with the name and contact information of the recipient, and require the new recipient to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and requirements no less stringent than those in this policy. If you apply to cancel your account, voluntarily delete your personal information, or exceed the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless laws and regulations stipulate a retention period.

Personal information collected within the People's Republic of China is stored within China. If cross-border transfer is required, we will separately request your authorization and consent and ensure compliance with national laws and regulations and the provisions of relevant regulatory authorities to provide sufficient protection for your personal information.

We attach great importance to information security and have established a dedicated security team, taking all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information:

1. Data Security Technical Measures
We will adopt industry-standard security measures, including establishing reasonable systems and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, or modification of your personal information, and to avoid data damage or loss.

Our services employ de-identification and multiple encryption technologies. We will use these technologies (including SSL) to encrypt and store your personal information, and isolate it through isolation technology to protect it.

When using personal information, including information display and information-related calculations, we will use multiple data anonymization technologies to enhance the security of information during use.

We will also use strict data access control and multi-factor authentication technologies to protect personal information and prevent data from being used illegally.

2. Other Security Measures We Take to Protect Personal Information
We have an industry-leading data security management system centered on data and covering the data lifecycle, improving the security of the entire system from multiple dimensions, including organizational structure, system design, personnel management, and product technology. We manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management standards, and data security development standards.

We implement comprehensive data security controls through confidentiality agreements with information users, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms.
We will also conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' security awareness and understanding of personal information protection policies and related procedures.

We only allow Nexusrealm Game employees and partners who need to know this information to access your personal information, and we have established strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require all personnel who may have access to your personal information to fulfill their corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal liability or termination of cooperation with Nexusrealm Game.

The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of the personal information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are breached, resulting in the leakage, alteration, or loss of personal information, and causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will notify you immediately in accordance with the law and bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

3. Security Incident Handling To address the risks associated with the leakage, alteration, and loss of personal information, we have established several systems that clearly define the classification and grading standards for security incidents and vulnerabilities, as well as the corresponding handling procedures. We have also established an emergency response team for security incidents. Following security incident handling guidelines, we activate security plans for different security incidents, focusing on loss mitigation, analysis, location, remedial measures development, and collaboration with relevant departments for source tracing and crackdown. We also regularly organize internal training and emergency drills to ensure our staff are proficient in relevant emergency response strategies and procedures.

When an information security incident is likely to occur or unfortunately does occur, we will immediately take remedial measures in accordance with legal requirements and promptly inform you of: the basic situation and potential impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for your self-protection and risk reduction, and remedial measures for you. We will also promptly inform you of the relevant information via email, letter, telephone, and push notifications. If it is difficult to notify each data subject individually, we will issue a public announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. Furthermore, we will proactively report the handling of information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.

4. Security Reminder
Please understand that due to technological limitations and the limitations of risk prevention, even with our best efforts to strengthen security measures, we cannot always guarantee 100% information security. You need to understand that the system and communication network you use to access the Nexusrealm Game service may experience problems due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please be sure to keep your account, password, and other identity information safe.
